I thought this is really insightful, especially the 4th box on "unknown area".Indeed sometimes it is through challenges and crisis in life that we can get to know our hidden strengths and weaknesses. My main takeaway: Veracity and optimism go a long way:)
ReplyDeleteThis model still fascinates so much, even days after Dr Low discussed with us. I keep asking myself how to expand my 1st window. I felt this is so relevant to everybody.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I do believe we all have different Johari window 'configurations' at work, home and play. We would adjust our 1st window depending on how comfortable we are with our prevailing environment.
